fitness questions faq

Do you need to join a gym for online coaching?

No, you do not need to join a gym for online coaching. We also offer programmes that can be done indoors or outside, depending on the equipment you have.

Do you need to be experienced for one-to-one sessions or online coaching?

You will not need to be experienced. We will have weekly check-ins to make sure everything is working correctly or share any videos or information with you regarding form or technique.

How much does personal training or online coaching cost?

Online coaching prices can be found on the pricing page.

How many sessions would I need per week?

Number of sessions per week is down to your availability. Each programme is individual to the client so we can work out a schedule that fits you.

Are you always available to contact?

I’m available 24/7. However, a response can take up to a day due to commitments to other clients and martial arts classes.

Do you give diet plans?

Diet plans are available at an additional cost. The reason for this is that dieting should be flexible and down to a lifestyle change, not just 12 weeks of specific eating.

You will receive all the tools to create your own food choices with a couple simple rules to ensure progress is as stress-free as it should be.

Do you work with injuries / rehabilitation

Yes, I work with injuries. However, I will need proof that you have been cleared to train by your GP.

Do you charge for missed sessions?

Details on missed sessions can be found on the pricing page.

Will you travel to me?

Yes, I travel to clients but times and availability will be restricted and depending on distance it may come at an additional charge. However, we do offer online coaching or training out of two gyms in Gravesend in Maidstone (Kent).

Will I get the desired results?

I’d love to say yes but the truth is that you’ll only get out what you put in. I will give you everything you need to succeed but you will need to hold up your end of the deal to get the results you want.

Private lessons are open to new students who can’t find time to attend our regular classes or prefer a more private setting. For further enquiries ring or email one of our team who will assist you in the next step.
