No, you do not need to join a gym for online coaching. We also offer programmes that can be done indoors or outside, depending on the equipment you have.
You will not need to be experienced. We will have weekly check-ins to make sure everything is working correctly or share any videos or information with you regarding form or technique.

I’m available 24/7. However, a response can take up to a day due to commitments to other clients and martial arts classes.
Diet plans are available at an additional cost. The reason for this is that dieting should be flexible and down to a lifestyle change, not just 12 weeks of specific eating.

Yes, I work with injuries. However, I will need proof that you have been cleared to train by your GP.

Yes, I travel to clients but times and availability will be restricted and depending on distance it may come at an additional charge. However, we do offer online coaching or training out of two gyms in Gravesend in Maidstone (Kent).
I’d love to say yes but the truth is that you’ll only get out what you put in. I will give you everything you need to succeed but you will need to hold up your end of the deal to get the results you want.
We teach a direct, effective close-quarter martial arts system. We use all ranges compromising of kicking, punching, knees/elbows, stand up grappling and anti-ground fighting. We also cover counter-kicking, control and restraint, multi assailants and anti-weapons.
No you don’t have to be fit – and yes after training you will certainly be fitter. You will lose weight, become stronger, more focused and gain more confidence.
Yes. Private tuition gives you the full attention of an instructor and is a great way to accelerate developing skills. Private lessons are open to new students who can’t find time to attend our regular classes or prefer a more private setting. Equally they are for our existing students who wish to focus on one aspect of their training or those who wish to take their training to the next level. Yes regardless of sex, or physical attributes. Our adult classes generally only accept students over 12 years of age, though exceptions can be made by the instructor on a case by case basis. Please get in touch to find out more information on our kids classes.
No, but you may experience some bruising, or minor abrasions from time to time. It is our goal to help you improve not to injure you.
